Shipping fees:

Standard delivery (except Okinawa): ¥1,000 (tax included)

Okinawa: ¥1,500 (tax included)

Please note that internet connection fees and other telecommunication-related costs must be borne by the customer. The actual amount will depend on the terms set by your contracted service provider.

◆ Payment Timing

・Credit Card, Mobile Payment, Rakuten Pay: Payment is processed immediately at the time of purchase. The actual withdrawal date depends on your card issuer’s billing cycle and contract terms. Please contact your card company for details.

・Convenience Store Payment: Please complete your payment within 3 days of placing your order, following the instructions in the confirmation email. Orders not paid within this period will be automatically canceled. If the item becomes sold out after cancellation, we may not be able to accept a new order.

For In-Stock Items:
・Credit Card, Mobile Payment, Rakuten Pay: Ships within approximately 5 business days after order confirmation.
・Convenience Store Payment: Ships within approximately 5 business days after payment confirmation.

For Pre-Order Items:
・The expected delivery date is indicated on each product page.

Normally, products are shipped according to the above schedule. However, items with later release dates or pre-order products will be shipped according to the schedule specified in each product description.

◆ Return / Cancellation Policy

Returns are not accepted except in cases of defective products.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item with a non-defective one at our expense.
